Sparking Matcha Lemonade

A refreshing start to a hot summer day!
INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings)
1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade matcha powder is preferred as it does contain more antioxidants)
1 lemon zested and juiced
2-3 drops stevia or monkfruit sweetener
1 1/2 cups sparkling water
2 handfuls ice cubes
PROCEDURE
- Fill two cups halfway with ice cubes. In a separate cup, whisk together the 1/4 cup of filtered water with matcha powder. Stir in the lemon zest, juice and sweetener.
- Divide the match blend between the two cups and pour the sparkling water over. Enjoy!
NOTES: Matcha blend can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
