During the counselling process, Amanda will help you tune into your physical hunger and identify emotional triggers, environmental factors, and social cues that may be affecting your daily food habits and eating behaviours.

Ideal for individuals who want to restore their metabolism and stop the cycle of yo-yo dieting or are looking to become proficient in the kitchen!


**Upon booking, an online invoice will be emailed to you. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card. To finalize your booking, the full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, payment must be received prior to the appointment. 


Packages are paid up front in full. All services are HST exempt. Receipts will be provided for Extended Health Benefit Plan coverage. The total package rate will be divided into separate receipts (i.e. initial consult and follow-up sessions).
