Veg'd Out Taco Meat Filling with Riced Cauliflower

Volumize your taco meat filling by adding in some riced cauliflower! No one will ever no!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb Extra lean ground meat OR veggie ground such as Gardein
2 cups Riced cauliflower
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Sea salt
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Ground cumin
2 tsp Smoked paprika
PROCEDURE
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add in the ground meat and cook for 5 minutes, breaking the meat apart with the back of a spatula. Add in the cauliflower and spices and cook for another 5 minutes or until the meat is completely cooked. Remove from heat and add in the green onions and bell pepper.
- Serve the meat filling with corn tortillas or on top of a bed of salad.
A delicious plant-based one-pot meal.
