Hazelnut Hot Chocolate

Perfect pick-me up on a chilly afternoon.
INGREDIENTS (makes 2 cups)
1/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp hydrolyzed collagen powder
2-3 tsp Lakanto golden sweetener made from monk fruit (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1-2 tsp hazelnut butter
PROCEDURE
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
A delicious plant-based one-pot meal.
