Mango Salmon Poke Avocado Bowls

A fun way to serve sushi-grade salmon at home!

INGREDIENTS

340g sushi grade salmon, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 large
 avocado, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
1 large 
semi-firm mango, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
1
 english cucumber, cut into ½-inch cubes
3 stalks
 green onions, finely minced
3 tbsp
 soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 tbsp
 rice vinegar
1 tbsp
 sesame oil
1 tbsp
 ginger root, finely grated
1 clove
 garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp
 sesame seeds


PROCEDURE

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Cover and place in the fridge to chill, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, steam some rice to serve with this delicious poke!
