Amanda Li • Dec 05, 2016

To make gorgeous chocolate bark, it’s about getting creative and using your favourite flavours and textures!

INGREDIENTS

600g semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips*
100g white chocolate chips
1 cup rice crispy cereal
1/2 cup pomegranates, dried cranberries or dried apricots
1/2 cup pecans, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds or coconut flakes

*Enjoy Life brand chocolate is free of the top food allergens including soy and milk.

PROCEDURE

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Place each type of chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Place one of the bowls over a saucepan filled with 2-inches of water. Place on the stove, bring the water to a gentle simmer, then lower the heat and start stirring the chocolate with a spatula or spoon. Once completely melted, remove the bowl from the heat, and melt the second bowl of chocolate.
  2. Get creative and start stirring in some toppings, then spread the chocolate evenly using the back of a spatula onto your baking sheet. Once you’ve created your masterpiece, chill in the fridge for several hours before breaking up into large shards.
