Bulletproof Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS
(makes 1 serving)
1 1/2 cups Hot Water (preferably brewed to 175F)
1/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 tsp Organic matcha powder
3 tbsp Unflavoured Collagen peptides (or protein powder of your choice)
5g Glutamine (optional)
To taste Honey or stevia (optional)
PROCEDURE
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy, about 20-30 seconds. Enjoy immediately and you're off to the races!
