Matcha Granola Goodness

Sprinkle on top of yogurt, ice cream or even eat as a trail mix!

INGREDIENTS (makes 4 servings)

1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dry  figs, chopped
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 
2 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 - 1 tsp  matcha powder preferably ceremonial grade

1/4 tsp salt


PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 250F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the matcha, coconut oil and maple syrup. Stir in the remaining ingredients and place onto the prepared tray.
  2. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the granola is nice and golden.



NOTES: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
