Chayote Squash Stir-Fry

A hearty yet delicately flavoured one-pot meal for your entire family to enjoy.


3 chayote squash
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground turkey or pork  
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tsp fresh thyme, finely minced
½ tsp sea salt


Step 1

Using a spiralizer, prepare chayote noodles.

Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook the turkey for 7-8 minutes, using a spatula to break apart the meat.

Step 3

Add garlic, thyme, squash noodles and season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking for 5-6 minutes or until the squash is slightly tender and the turkey is fully cooked. Serve warm.
