1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground turkey or pork
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tsp fresh thyme, finely minced
½ tsp sea salt
Using a spiralizer, prepare chayote noodles.
Add garlic, thyme, squash noodles and season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking for 5-6 minutes or until the squash is slightly tender and the turkey is fully cooked. Serve warm.
