Simple 3-Ingredient Rose Sauce Poached Cod Fish

A delicate sauce to pair with a delicate kind-of fish!

INGREDIENTS (makes 3-4 servings)

2 fillets  Wild Caught Cod*

1/2 cup Tomato Sauce or Passata

To taste Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

6 fl oz 10% Cream

**Can be substituted with haddock, halibut, mahi mahi or trout.

PROCEDURE

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer then add in the fish fillets. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in the cream and toss together. Serve the fish with a side of rice and veggies for a quick meal!
